Thank you for submitting a request for clock hour approval.  Our voting system will begin, and you will receive an email with a roster that you can send to participants once the event is approved.  When they complete the roster, they will receive an evaluation link.  Once they evaluate the PD opportunity, they will receive a clock hour form.

If not approved, you will receive an email with specific concerns/questions.  You can then resubmit.
